Counselors: Drug & Alcohol Trainee Status
The Substance Abuse Counselor provides effective clinical services to chemically dependent and dually diagnosed adolescents and to assure continuity of care through appropriate assessment, treatment planning, and referrals.
Requirements

Schedule: M- TH: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM; F: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

License: Active Alcohol & Drug Trainee Employment Authoization from MD Board of Professional Counselors & Therapists

Experience: 6+ months working with substnace abuse patients

Counselor Technician (PRN)
* Full Time positions are NOT available
The primary function of the Counselor Technician is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for the patient population, and to ensure that the patients are properly supervised at all times.
NOTE: Counselor Technicians are not counselors or therapists. The work performed cannot be used as qualifying hours towards any licensure/creditialling for counselors, therapists, or social workers.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

2 or more years of experience woring with substance abuse patients.

21 Years or older
Mental Health Therapist
The primary function of the Health Quest Therapist is to deliver appropriate clinical services to patients and families.
Requirements

License: LGSW, LCSW, LGPC, or LCPC

Must be licensed in the state of MD
Substance Abuse Counselor
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Adolescent Counselors deliver clinical services to chemically dependent patients, and assure continuity of care in appropriate assessment, treatment planning, and referrals.
Requirements

License: CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LCADC

Experience: 2+ years of experience working with troubled adolescents
